Cathexis, A Visual Demonstration Of Emotions

Cathexis is a exhibition based on the concentration of mental energy on one particular person, idea, or object. Skulls are symbols of death and cryptic beliefs, however, in the process of imbuing them with emotions, they represent the intellect underneath the flesh. This exhibition shares 12 posters exploring a deep dive into an unhealthy fix of how emotions control a person. Most posters were created using Adobe Fresco, Illustrator and Photoshop along with watercolor and ink material.
